These Terms & Conditions govern your access to DI.Pharmabharat.com and the UPSC Drug Inspector Prep platform operated by PHARMABHARAT ("PharmaBharat", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing access or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and other notices displayed during use.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your email address and contact details updated.

You are responsible for your password, Google sign-in session and all activity performed through your account. One account is licensed to one individual. We may use session and device controls to prevent account sharing, fraud and unauthorized access. Notify us promptly if you suspect misuse.

The platform provides practice questions, previous-year questions, mock tests, explanations, study plans, analytics, reminders and exam-related information for educational preparation. We are not UPSC, a government authority, an examining body or an official recruitment portal.

Notifications, dates, eligibility summaries, answer explanations and other content may change or contain errors. You must verify official notices, deadlines, syllabus and eligibility requirements directly from the relevant government or examining authority. Use of the platform does not guarantee selection, rank, score or employment.

The standard premium plan currently provides 1 Year Access for ₹999. The checkout page will show the final price, taxes (if applicable), duration, coupon discount and included features before payment. Promotional prices and coupon codes may be time-limited, user-specific or withdrawn at any time.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Premium access begins after successful payment verification and does not auto-renew unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Failed, reversed, disputed or fraudulent payments may result in access suspension.

By maintaining an account, you agree that we may send electronic service communications reasonably needed to operate or protect it. These may include sign-in and account alerts, password-reset or account-recovery links, payment and enrollment confirmations, subscription or access notices, security warnings, support replies, material platform changes, legal notices and other important operational messages.

We may also send exam reminders, study reminders, mock-test or content updates, common platform notifications and similar messages when they relate to features you use, settings you enable or information you request. Available notification settings can be managed from your Profile or browser/device settings.

Discounts, enrollment campaigns and other promotional emails are sent only where permitted and, when consent is the basis, after you opt in. You can withdraw promotional email consent from Profile → Communication Settings or through an unsubscribe link. Opting out of promotions does not stop essential account, security, payment, legal or requested service communications.

Some study plans, tips, recommendations, summaries or administrative tools may use automated or AI-assisted systems. AI output is provided for learning support, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should not replace official exam material, professional advice or your own judgment.

You must not submit confidential, unlawful or third-party personal information to an AI feature unless you are authorized to do so. We may review, filter or limit AI requests to maintain safety, quality and service reliability.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the platform for your own exam preparation during your permitted access period. PharmaBharat and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, question bank, explanations, designs, analytics and other content.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, scrape, systematically download, create derivative databases from, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.

• Sharing, selling or transferring account access.
• Using bots, scrapers, automation or excessive requests to extract content or disrupt service.
• Bypassing paywalls, device controls, rate limits, authentication or other security measures.
• Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
• Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing activity.
• Misrepresenting affiliation with PharmaBharat, UPSC or any government authority.

The platform may rely on or link to third-party services including Google, Razorpay, Microsoft Azure, MongoDB, Vercel, analytics, advertising and notification providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, outages or actions outside our reasonable control.

We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features and may temporarily interrupt service for security, upgrades, provider outages or events beyond our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, account sharing, security risk, fraudulent payment, abusive conduct or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of selection, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

PharmaBharat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, missed official deadlines, reliance on educational or AI-generated content, third-party services or unauthorized account use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or dispute-resolution right available under law.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. Material changes may be communicated through the platform or your registered contact details. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
